Peter responded promptly to my early morning call and was able to fit in a service call soon after (same day)-modest call out fee and had the spare parts on board-all fixed in a flash. Clean, neat, friendly and well priced. Gave good advice about an older machine, but its still working like a charm. Just what we needed.
